Return and Refunds Policy


 We do not accept returns for perishable items due to hygiene concerns.

For local deliveries, you can go through your order when it arrives. If there is an item you’re not happy with, you can hand it back and we will replace the item or issue you a refund. Perishable items cannot be returned after we leave because of hygiene concerns.



We offer full refunds for any product delivered damaged. All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, and proof of damage. Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.

Refunds can only be made to the credit card or account used for the purchase. Once your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
